The TIM-100 is an electronic timer designed to replace a mechanical timer used by electric utilities to control residential water heater loads. The TIM-100's electronic clock allows the timer to recognize weekday/weekends as well as Daylight Saving Time-not possible with the older-style mechanical timers.
